How to be a Filmmaker – Brendan Feltrup-Exum

As I look back on what I learned and consider how I will teach in the future, some of these jokes are absurd but happen often. I think the key to everything at the end of the day is to stay within your own means while still shooting for as high as you can go and to never stop dreaming. But please never become pretentious. Many of the great professionals I have had the honor of meeting along the way have been the most humble people in the industry I have ever met. They were quick to offer advice and support openly sharing bits of wisdom they have gathered along their journey, but also created a feeling of support and encouragement to keep pushing and making art.
