Success, Failure and the Drive to Keep Creating

I think this is a great talk by Elizabeth Gilbert on success and failure. I know for art students its often hard to pour our blood sweat and tears into a film and then turn around the next semester and do it again with a completely different peace of art. But we have to find our groove. We have to find away to push through it and keep on creating because we love it.
