Teaching Portfolios

I’m interested in knowing what a good art teaching portfolio comprises. I’ve found a few resources online that seem helpful, but I’d really appreciate more guidance on what to do as a GTA to build this portfolio before graduating.

What advice have you received? What are you doing in your classes to gather info and examples for this, if you plan to pursue a teaching position after you graduate?
